Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Cash Flow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Cash Flow ("we," "us," or "our").

Cash Flow is a personal finance management application that allows you to:

• Track income and expenses
• Set and monitor budgets
• Manage savings goals, recurring bills, and debt accounts
• Log transactions using voice input
• Scan receipts and financial documents using your device camera
• Use AI-powered features for budget analysis and financial planning
• Export financial data via CSV
• Share financial summaries via social platforms

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5.1 Cash Flow Pro Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Cash Flow Pro"), available as: • Weekly Plan: charged weekly • Yearly Plan: charged annually Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. 5.2 Billing and Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time. 5.3 Refunds All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple directly via their standard refund process. 5.4 Free Features Core transaction tracking, budgeting, and data management features may be available without a subscription. Premium AI features, advanced analytics, and other Pro features require an active Cash Flow Pro subscription.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying infrastructure
• Use any automated means to access or scrape data from the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

The App includes AI-powered features that process your financial data using Google's Vertex AI (Gemini) service. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Relevant financial data (transactions, budgets, receipts, documents) is transmitted to Google's servers for processing during AI feature use
• This data is used solely to generate the requested AI output and is not permanently stored by us on external servers
• AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and do not constitute financial advice
• You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on App outputs

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial advice.

The App optionally uses your device's microphone and camera to enable voice transaction logging and receipt scanning. Use of these features is voluntary. Audio is processed locally on your device for speech recognition. Images captured or imported for scanning are transmitted to Google's AI service for text and data extraction, then discarded. We do not store audio recordings or images on our servers.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described in Section 4.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, LEGAL, TAX, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE. ALL CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and Meta (Facebook). Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
