FitFlow Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") built the FitFlow app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information, including but not limited to your name, body height, body weight, age, general fitness activity, and email. This information is used to provide and improve the Service. We may employ third-party services (e.g., analytics, crash reporting) that collect information used to identify you. Certain AI-powered features in FitFlow send data to Google AI (Google LLC) for processing. This data may include food photos, nutrition label images, cardio machine display photos, and text descriptions of food or exercise. Before any data is shared with Google AI, you will be prompted to give explicit consent. You may opt out at any time through the app settings, though doing so will disable the relevant AI features. Google AI processes this data solely to generate responses and does not use it to train its models. Google AI's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy, which provides protections equivalent to or greater than those described in this policy.

FitFlow uses location data to enhance the running feature. This data is used to display your position on a map during running sessions and is not shared with third parties outside of the services needed to operate the feature.

In the event of an error, we collect Log Data (e.g., IP address, device name, operating system version, and usage timestamps). The app may also use third-party libraries that rely on cookies to collect information and improve functionality. You can refuse cookies; however, some features of the Service may not function properly.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related tasks, or assist in analyzing how our Service is used. These providers are obligated not to disclose or use your data for any purpose beyond the specified tasks. One such provider is Google LLC, whose Google AI services power several AI features within FitFlow. When you use these features, relevant data (such as images or text you submit) is transmitted to Google AI for processing. Google LLC is contractually bound to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its own privacy standards, which are equivalent to or greater than the protections described in this Privacy Policy. FitFlow uses Google AI to power the following features. Each feature transmits specific data to Google AI (Google LLC) for processing. Your explicit consent is obtained before any data is shared, and you can withdraw consent at any time in app settings.

• Food Camera Scan — analyzes photos you take of food to estimate calories and macronutrients. Data sent: the food photo.
• Nutrition Label Scan — reads nutrition labels from photos of product packaging. Data sent: the label photo.
• Food Text Logger — converts text descriptions of meals into nutrition data. Data sent: the text you enter describing your food.
• Cardio Machine Scan — reads display photos from cardio equipment (e.g., treadmill, elliptical) to log workout stats. Data sent: the machine display photo.
• Cardio Text Logger — converts text descriptions of cardio sessions into logged workout data. Data sent: the text you enter describing your cardio session.
• AI Workout Generator — creates personalized workout plans based on your profile. Data sent: your fitness profile (goals, fitness level, available equipment).
• AI Exercise Service — generates exercise recommendations tailored to you. Data sent: your fitness profile and exercise history.

No data is sent to Google AI without your knowledge and prior consent. Google AI does not use this data to train its models. All data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

• User information (e.g., name, email, weight, height) is retained as long as your account remains active or until you delete your account.
• Fitness activity data is stored for up to 5 years to provide performance tracking and insights.
• Log and diagnostic data are retained for up to 12 months for debugging and troubleshooting purposes.

Upon account deletion or upon your explicit request, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that such data has been provided, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

If you wish to delete your personal data, you can simply press the "Delete Account" button in the Settings section of the FitFlow app. Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
