Delete Account

Follow these steps in the app to permanently delete your account.

1. Open the Profile Page

Open the AncestryX AI app and tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

2. Scroll to the Bottom

On the Profile page, scroll all the way down until you reach the account actions section.

3. Tap Delete Account

Press the Delete Account button and follow the confirmation prompts to permanently remove your account.

Important

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
