Palmory
Effective Date: October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Palmory collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the app. By using Palmory, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We may collect information you provide or that is generated when you use Palmory.
We use information to provide palm readings and related features; process photos you submit; save your readings and preferences; operate sign-in, purchases, and restore-purchase features; display ads where applicable; maintain security; improve performance and design; respond to support requests; and comply with legal and app-store obligations.
When you request a palm reading, your selected palm photo and related scan information may be uploaded to our cloud services and sent to AI systems to analyze the image and generate your reading. This processing is necessary to provide the requested feature.
Do not submit photos or information that you do not have the right to use.
Palmory accesses your camera or photo library only when you choose a feature that needs it and grant permission through your device. These permissions allow you to capture or select a palm photo and, where available, save or share a reading.
You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may no longer work without them.
If you purchase or restore paid features, purchase status, entitlement information, product identifiers, and related transaction information may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or similar purchase services. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
Palmory may use Firebase and Google Cloud services for anonymous authentication, cloud storage, app security, and Cloud Functions; AI service providers to generate palm readings; RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management; Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases and payment processing; Google Mobile Ads or similar ad networks for advertising; and platform sharing services when you choose to share content.
Those providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. We may share information with service providers that help us host, process, secure, analyze, improve, or monetize the app; app stores and payment providers; advertising partners where ads are shown and permitted by law; recipients you choose through sharing features; and authorities or other parties when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or support a business transaction.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Palmory, maintain app state, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support legitimate operational needs.
Palm photos, readings, account data, and purchase status may remain stored until deleted through available app controls or a valid deletion request. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Depending on your device and jurisdiction, you may be able to delete local app data, manage permissions, limit ad tracking, reset your advertising identifier, manage purchases through your app-store account, or stop using the app. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting founder@fitflow.ca. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete cloud-stored data or cancel an active purchase managed by an app store.
Palmory may display ads. Advertising partners may use mobile identifiers, device information, approximate location, and usage information to deliver, measure, and improve ads, subject to applicable law and your device settings. Where required, we will request consent before using information for personalized advertising.
Palmory is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at founder@fitflow.ca and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
If local law requires a higher age threshold, you must meet that age or have parental or guardian consent to use Palmory.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live, including the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, including California, other U.S. states, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a copy of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact founder@fitflow.ca.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app or on this page, and its effective date will show when it was last updated. Continued use of Palmory after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
