Terms of Use

Palmory provides palm-reading, personalized insight, saved-reading, and related AI-powered features.

Palmory is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, career, or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions solely on the basis of content generated by the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Palmory. If you are under the age of majority in your country, state, or province, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using Palmory, you represent that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

Some features may use an account or anonymous sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting any account credentials associated with Palmory.

You may not impersonate another person or access another person’s account without permission.

Palmory may allow you to capture or upload palm photos and provide preferences or other inputs to generate a reading. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise violates another person’s rights.

Palmory uses automated systems and AI services to generate readings and related content from the inputs you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

Palmory may offer paid features or in-app purchases. Prices, features, and purchase terms shown at the time of purchase apply. Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or their authorized providers.

Purchase restoration, refunds, billing, payment failures, and cancellations are governed by the applicable app store or payment provider. We do not control those processes.

Palmory may use third-party services for cloud processing, authentication, storage, purchases, advertising, analytics, security, or sharing. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, platforms, or content.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Palmory for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, scrape, misuse, or interfere with Palmory, its code, systems, content, or services except as permitted by law.

Palmory, including its design, branding, text, images, features, software, generated layouts, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.

You retain rights to the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, analyze, and display it as needed to provide and improve Palmory.

You agree not to use Palmory for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes; upload content that violates another person’s rights or privacy; attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization; interfere with security, functionality, billing, or purchase systems; use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload the app; or use the app to generate or distribute harmful, harassing, or misleading content.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Palmory at any time. Features may change, become unavailable, or require payment.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted or made available in Palmory. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Palmory is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Palmory will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any reading or AI-generated result will be accurate or suitable for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of Palmory.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Palmory or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for Palmory in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Palmory, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Palmory if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the app, created risk for us or others, or if required by law.

You may stop using Palmory at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
